Michail Dikaiakos

Michail Dikaiakos serves as the Head of Group IT Applications Management Operations & Quality Assurance at Eurobank since September 2007, where responsibilities include facilitating proactive solutions, monitoring IT operational risks, coordinating budgeting and project prioritization, and ensuring the quality of operations. Prior to Eurobank, Michail held the position of Head of Department at Geniki Bank from April 2006 to September 2007 and served as a Senior Business Analyst at Bank of Cyprus between March 2001 and April 2006. Michail's educational background includes studies at the National Technical University of Athens and the University of Patras.
