Petros Pournaras

Petros Pournaras has extensive experience in strategic roles within the banking sector, currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Group Strategy at Eurobank since February 2017. Prior to this position, Petros held the role of Senior Manager in Group Strategy at National Bank of Greece from September 2014 to February 2017, and served as Vice President of Investment Banking, Restructuring, and Principal Investments at Geniki Bank from October 2013 to August 2014. Petros's career began at Eurobank Equities Investment Firm S.A., where responsibilities included roles as Senior Associate and Associate/Analyst in M&A Advisory from October 2007 to September 2013. Academically, Petros holds an International MBA in Financial Engineering from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus.
