Narath CHHEAV is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at CoGen Consulting and Managing Consultant at ING Law Office, Narath also holds the position of Accredited Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute. As Chairman of the Human Resources Committee and a Board Member at EuroCham Cambodia, Narath contributes significantly to the region's HR development. In addition, Narath has been a lecturer at the Royal University of Law and Economics since 2011, specializing in Business and Operations Management. Recent roles include National Consultant for the Asian Development Bank and IOM - UN Migration, focusing on skills development and career guidance. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Decathlon Cambodia and Decathlon International, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Management from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Royal University of Law and Economics.

JOIN the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia! EuroCham Cambodia is the sole representation of European business in the Kingdom and today has more than 420 members, either direct or organised via 7 chapters: France (CCIFC); Germany (GBC); Britain (BritCham); Italy (ItaCham); Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg (Benelux Chapter); Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland (Nordic Chapter); and a range of central European countries (CEEBAC.) EuroCham’s objectives are to support members working in or with Cambodia, and to advocate for a progressive, reform-oriented business environment by working closely with the Royal Cambodian Government and its authorities through 12 sectorial committees. Our comprehensive advocacy work is updated weekly via the unique “Advocacy Compass” on our website. Our services facilitate the entry of companies into the market and support them through expert advice in setting up and getting started. Our extensive network within the business community (40% of our members are Cambodian or Asian companies) is underlined by more than 100 events per year, facilitating informed exchanges and outreach to partners. We promote Cambodia as an investment destination and support export programs, professional training and related initiatives in partnership with Khmer Enterprise and other government agencies such as the CDC (Council for the Development of Cambodia), and development partners such as the EU Delegation and GIZ.
