M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu is a distinguished leader in various economic and business organizations, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at TOBB since 2001. Hisarcıklıoğlu holds multiple positions, including Vice President of EUROCHAMBRES, President of the World Chambers Federation, and Vice President roles in both the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development and CACCI. In the Turkic Council, Hisarcıklıoğlu is the President of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Co-Chair of the Türkiye-AB Joint Consultation Committee. Additionally, Hisarcıklıoğlu has been an Executive Board Member of the International Chamber of Commerce since 2001, where contributions include leading the Turkish National Committee. Hisarcıklıoğlu is a board member of the Economic Cooperation Organization and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. M. Rifat's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Gazi University and a high school diploma from TED Ankara College.
