Dan Kuhnel

Dan Kuhnel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Development for Issuer Services & Primary Markets at Euroclear since January 2005. With a strong background in primary market relations and fixed income product management, Dan has been instrumental in shaping Euroclear Bank’s strategy for issuer services, safeguarding a significant issuance portfolio valued at EUR 9 trillion, and driving the development of the offshore CNY market. Dan's leadership roles also include serving as a member of the Board of Directors for ANNA Derivatives Service Bureau and as Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors for the Association of National Numbering Agencies. Dan's career began in 1991, with positions at Burns Fry Ltd and Clearstream Banking, following an academic foundation in Economics and History from McMaster University.
