Stephan Ottoy

Stephan Ottoy serves as the Service Assurance Manager at Eurofiber Belgium since January 2017, focusing on enhancing the customer experience while leading a team in problem management and service management. Ottoy is also involved in damage management for the Eurofiber network and is a member of the Eurofiber BE BID team. Previously, Ottoy held roles as Problem Manager at Eurofiber and Operations Manager at Syntigo, where responsibilities included supplier contract management, incident organization, process improvement, and NOC support for various network services. Additional experience includes positions as NOC Engineer, IT Consultant, and Field Service Engineer, demonstrating a robust background in technical support and system installation across various sectors. Education was completed at VTI Dendermonde.
