Matt Yarger

Matt Yarger has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matt began their career at Sud-Chemie in 2007, working as a Pilot Plant Chemist until December 2008. Matt then transitioned to the role of Production Leader from January 2009 until June 2011. In June 2011, Matt joined Clariant as a Global Project Manager and Change Leader, where they stayed until July 2013. From August 2013 until June 2018, they served as the Production Manager at Clariant. Most recently, Matt joined Eurofins Genomics in June 2018, where they currently hold the position of Director of Operations.

Matt Yarger holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Matt also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from Purdue University between 2004 and 2007. In 2012 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Southeast. Additionally, Matt Yarger obtained certifications, including ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor from BSI in 2021, Lean Black Belt from UMS Consulting GmbH & Co. KG in 2013, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from SSA & Company in 2011.
