Mayur Kapse

Mayur Kapse is an experienced professional in sales and management within the fragrance and chemical industries, currently serving as General Manager at Eurofragance SLU since May 2020. Mayur has held several key positions, including National Account Sales Manager at CPL Aromas and National Sales Manager - Fragrances at Sonarome Private Limited. Prior experience includes roles as Key Account Manager and Senior Sales Executive at CPL Aromas, Sales Executive and Fragrance Technology Analyst at IFF, and Research Associate at Aditya Birla Group, where Mayur contributed to process improvements and secured two US patents. Mayur began the professional journey as a Technical Trainee at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Mayur holds an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Pune and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Bytco College, Nasik.
