Olivier Anthony

Olivier Anthony is a seasoned professional in the fields of research and innovation, with extensive experience in the fragrance and personal care industries. Currently serving as the Research and Innovation Director at Eurofragance SLU since September 2019, Olivier previously held the position of Global Research and Innovation Manager. At International Flavors & Fragrances, from June 2017 to July 2019, Olivier led the global technical strategy for the Personal Wash category, achieving significant milestones such as the first launch of encapsulation technology in India. Previously, as R&D Manager at Takasago from January 2010 to May 2017, Olivier managed a team responsible for the design and industrialization of new encapsulation technologies across three continents. Earlier career roles included Business Development Manager and Lab Manager at Rhodia, along with experience as a Research Engineer in the USA. Olivier holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Physical-Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg, which complements a robust technical background in polymers, emulsions, and foam innovation.
