Anja Schmieder

Anja Schmieder has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Anja started their career in 1990 as a Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) Supervisor at Bioscientia Institut für Medizinische Diagnostik GmbH. Anja then moved on to Hygiene-Institut des Ruhrgebiets, where they held the positions of Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) Supervisor and Representative Customer Support and Troubleshooting. In 2007, they joined EUROIMMUN as an Application Support Specialist for Automated Diagnostics, and later became the Representative for Automated Diagnostics Application & Support International. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Application & Support International (BU: Automated Diagnostics) at EUROIMMUN.

Anja Schmieder obtained their Staatsexamen in MTLA from Städtisches Klinikum Schule für Radiologie- und Laborassistenten Karlsruhe in the years 1988-1990. Anja received their Matura from Eichendorff Gymnasium in the years 1979-1987. In more recent years, from 2019-2021, they pursued a Diplom zur Mediatorin in Mediation from WIFI (WKO) Dornbirn AT.
