Dave Arriola, MBA, LSSBB

Dave Arriola, MBA, LSSBB has been working in the manufacturing industry since 2006. Dave began their career at Argus Pool Supply as a Retail/Service Store Manager and Retail Operations Manager from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they developed and implemented a new customer service tracking and reward system that contributed to 8% year-end growth. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Inspired Design as Co-Owner/Business Development, where they were responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Dave then moved to Mission Linen Supply as a Production Manager from 2012 to 2016, where they directed safety meetings and training, managed machine resources, and established workflow policies. In 2016, they joined Luxfer Gas Cylinders as a Quality/CI Coach, where they assigned and followed up on Corrective Actions and coordinated training of internal auditors. Currently, they are working at Euroline Steel Windows & Doors as a Manufacturing Production Manager, where their focus is on increasing efficiencies, using Lean Methodology and data-driven problem solving solutions.

Dave Arriola holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California Baptist University, which they obtained in 2017 after studying Business Administration and Management. Dave also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they obtained in 2012 after studying Marketing/Marketing Management. Additionally, Dave has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Gemba Academy LLC in March 2021.
