Alixa Sharkey

Alixa Sharkey has extensive experience in research and analysis, currently serving as Senior Research Manager at Euromonitor International since September 2014, with a progression through various roles including Research Manager, Senior Research Analyst, Research Analyst, and Research Associate. Prior to this, Alixa worked as a Temporary Contractor at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and as a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Sante Traps. Additional experience includes a Research Analyst position at Vital Wave Consulting and a Project Coordinator role for the UCSD/UN FAO EPIICA Study of Index Insurance in Ethiopia. Alixa's academic credentials include a Master of Pacific International Affairs in International Politics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from the University of Kentucky.
