Konstantinos Kailas

Konstantinos Kailas has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as HSQE Superintendent / DCSO and Senior Officer at Euronav since May 2010. Prior to this role, Konstantinos owned and operated Thessaloniki Waterways - Salamina Waterways from November 2013 to August 2017, focusing on passenger transportation and tourist activities. Konstandinos also served as Captain of a Hellenic Navy passenger vessel from October 2008 to February 2010 and worked as a Professional Mariner at Delta Tankers in 2007-2008. Starting as an Apprentice Officer at Avin International from March 2004 to February 2006, Konstantinos has built a solid foundation in shipping operations and law, holding a Master’s degree from Solent University, as well as additional qualifications from other prestigious maritime education institutions.
