Jack Schickler

Jack Schickler is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in financial services reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Reporter for Financial Services at Euronews since November 2023, Jack Schickler previously held the role of Regulatory Reporter for Europe at CoinDesk from March 2022 to November 2023. Jack Schickler has also contributed to MLex Market Insight as a Senior Financial Services Correspondent from February 2018 to March 2022 and worked as a Tax Reporter and Communications Advisor at the European Commission between November 2016 and February 2018. Earlier roles include positions as a journalist with InFacts, a Communications Advisor and Speechwriter for various commissioners within the European Commission, and a First Secretary at the UK Representation to the EU. Jack Schickler's career began at HM Treasury and HM Revenue & Customs, where positions included Tax Policy Advisor and Policy Analyst. Jack Schickler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
