Stephan Gadow has a diverse work experience. Stephan began working at Europa-Park in 2015, where they held various roles such as Team Manager Park Admissions, Project Management - Operation & Service, and Rulantica Pre-Opening Manager. In December 2019, they became the Management Rulantica / Head of HR & Administration. Before joining Europa-Park, Stephan worked as a Trainee at Conference & Touring in 2012. Stephan also gained experience as a Student Assistant at the University of Potsdam from 2010 to 2011.
Stephan Gadow pursued their education at FH Stralsund from 2013 to 2015 and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Tourism Development Strategies. Prior to that, they attended the University of Potsdam from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in BWL.
