Marina Beclier

Marina Beclier has extensive experience in the field of data management and quality control, specifically within the Europcar Mobility Group. Marina started their career at Europcar in 1994 as a Database Team Leader and later became a Team Leader. In 2001, they were promoted to the role of Data Manager, where they served until 2017.

In 2017, Marina joined Europcar Mobility Group as a Data Quality and Testing Manager, responsible for ensuring clean and harmonized data for customers' journey. Marina also coordinated end-to-end testing across the Digital, Marketing, and Customer Experience departments.

Marina's expertise and dedication led their to be appointed as the Head of Digital Quality & Support within the Product office. In this role, they lead a team that provides assistance and expert knowledge for Europcar applications, supporting users across the organization and conducting user testing to ensure the quality of customer experience.

Marina currently holds the position of Head of Product and Application Support, further contributing to the development and improvement of Europcar's products and applications.

Marina Beclier obtained a Licence Anglais degree in Littérature et civilisation anglophone from Université Rennes 2 between 1990 and 1993.
