Yoann Pichon

Yoann Pichon has a diverse work experience in financial and commercial roles.

Yoann started their career as a Business Analyst intern at Tai Ping Carpets, where they contributed to the monthly closing process and developed reporting and dashboard tools.

Later, they joined Printemps as a Financial Controller, where they monitored general expenses across all departments and prepared P&L reports.

Subsequently, Yoann worked at Boucheron as a Commercial Controller, where they participated in budget and forecast processes, analyzed sales and expenses, and conducted P&L analysis by store.

Yoann then joined Thai Union Group PCL. as a Commercial Controller, consolidating, analyzing, and challenging the P&L of various European commercial entities. Yoann also played a crucial role in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for TUE Business Units. Later, they became the Senior Financial Controller & Decision Support Lead, driving the effectiveness of financial processes and strategic planning within Thai Union Europe.

Currently, Yoann is the Group Controller Manager at Europe Snacks France, a leading private label snack maker. In this role, they oversee the financial control and management of the company, which has a revenue of EUR 650mn and 8 factories across the UK, France, and Spain. Europe Snacks France is owned by private equity fund Seven2 (Apax Partners).

Yoann Pichon pursued their education at IPAG Business School from 2011 to 2016, where they completed their Master 2 (M2) in Comptabilité, Contrôle & Audit. Additionally, in 2013, they briefly attended Kyungpook National University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management.
