Ibrahim Yaseen currently serves as the Head of Department at the University of Al-Hamdaniya, overseeing academic programmes and faculty development. In addition to this leadership role, Ibrahim Yaseen is involved in research at the Department of Laser and Photonics, focusing on areas such as immuno-oncotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, and infectious diseases. Ibrahim Yaseen also holds ambassador positions with the European Association for Cancer Research and CORE, promoting cancer research and open access research papers, respectively. As a PhD researcher at The University of Sheffield, Ibrahim Yaseen's studies emphasize novel strategies for immuno-oncotherapy. Earlier experiences include consulting for Medeuropa Refining, advising the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Iraq, and leading departments at Tishk International University and Soran University. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from The University of Sheffield, an MSc in Zoology/Microbiology from the University of Tikrit, and a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Mosul.
