Chloe Chan

Chloe Chan, CFA, is an Associate Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since October 2016, specializing in sustainable investments within the Manufacturing and Services Department, where Chloe works on key transactions related to electric vehicle and energy storage battery production and recycling, green hydrogen, low-carbon steel, and green bond funds. Prior to this role, Chloe served as a Sustainable Resource Investments Analyst, focusing on developing innovative finance products to facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy. Additional experience includes a position as a Contributor to CFA UK's Certificate in Climate and Investing, and as a Research Analyst at CDP, where Chloe analyzed climate-related investment implications across various industries. Chloe’s career also includes roles at the Cities Development Initiative for Asia and as a Business Development Executive for an SME, alongside early experience at the Consulate General of Venezuela in Hong Kong. Chloe holds a Master's degree in Environment and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Hong Kong.
