Vitaly Zybin Fcipd

Vitaly Zybin FCIPD has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. From 2011 to the present, they have worked at EBRD as the Head of Design & Transformation for Corporate Services, Associate Director of Operational Effectiveness & Efficiency, Principal Adviser to the Chief Administrative Officer, HR Business Partner, and Associate Manager of HR. In these roles, they provided HR advisory services, conducted recruitment, and resolved HR-related matters. In 2020, they also served as a Member of The Court at the Company of HR Professionals. From 2006 to 2010, Vitaly worked as an HR Specialist at SP ACONT Ltd, where they developed and implemented HR policies and procedures. In 2009, they briefly worked as an HR Consultant at Salym Petroleum Development.

Vitaly Zybin FCIPD holds a Master's Degree in Labour Economics from Saint Petersburg State University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2010. Vitaly also completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Leeds University Business School from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Zybin obtained the Chartered MCIPD qualification from CIPD Qualifications in the field of Human Resources Management.
