Harald Martin Banholzer

Harald Martin Banholzer currently serves as the Head of the Organisational Effectiveness Group and Chief Services Officer Area at the European Central Bank, a position held since March 2014, alongside an advisory role in the Directorate General Secretariat's Crescendo Coordination Office. Previously, from October 2007 to February 2014, Banholzer worked at UBS in various capacities including Project Manager for the Industrialization Program, where leadership focused on communications and change management, as well as roles in corporate development and public affairs. Earlier experiences include serving as a Teaching and Project Assistant at the University of Stuttgart and a trainee at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe, a Master's degree in Public Administration and International Economics from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Bordeaux, and a Franco-German Double Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of Stuttgart.
