Karin Johansson

Karin Johansson currently serves as Principal Expert in Molecular Surveillance at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) since March 2011, having previously held the position of Expert in Molecular Surveillance. Prior to ECDC, Karin Johansson was Team Leader at the Research Executive Agency from January 2010 to February 2011 and Project Officer at the European Commission from June 2007 to January 2010. Earlier in their career, Karin Johansson worked as a Research Engineer and LIMS Administrator at Affibody AB from January 2002 to May 2007. Educationally, Karin Johansson earned a degree from Uppsala University, attending from 1995 to 2000.
