Marina Cogilniceanu is an experienced project officer with a robust background in the criminal justice and human rights sectors. Currently employed at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) since January 2021, Marina oversees project management, budget execution, and procurement procedures while supporting project managers and consultants. Previously, Marina worked at the Council of Europe in Chisinau from October 2019 to August 2020, contributing to the implementation of a human rights program and managing stakeholder communications. Additionally, Marina held roles at the Soros Foundation Moldova from May 2010 to October 2019, coordinating programs in justice and civil society, and at Junior Achievement Moldova from July 2008 to April 2010, implementing educational programs. Marina holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
