Steadman Harrison III

Steadman Harrison III is an experienced leader in human development and organizational capacity, currently serving as the President and Founder of Lead Beyond in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and as the Senior Principal Consultant for USAID's The Learning Project. Additionally, Steadman holds the position of Senior Capacity Development Advisor with the European Centre for Electoral Support and previously served as CEO for Global Outreach International and General Director at the Center for Creative Leadership, where a focus was placed on democratizing leader development. Steadman holds advanced degrees in Theology and Psychology from the Houston Graduate School of Theology and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, supplemented by studies at the University of Leeds and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
