Tommaso De Santis

Tommaso De Santis is currently a Junior Analyst at the European Circular Bioeconomy Fund. Prior to this, they were a Visiting PhD Student at ITENE from June 2022 to July 2022, where they collaborated on the ecological and economic analysis of enzymatic plastic recycling. Tommaso was also an Intern at acib GmbH and MOGU, where they modelled biorefinery processes for the production of high quality mycoproteins for human consumption. In addition, they have also done an Internship Researcher - Master thesis (Bioprocess Engineering) at Qatar University from November 2019 to April 2020. Tommaso is also an alumnus of the Climate-KIC Master School, where they participated in "The Journey" in August 2019.
