Cedric David

Cedric David currently serves as the Projects Portfolio Manager in the Transformation Office at the European Climate Foundation since February 2024, focusing on transformation roadmaps, project portfolio management, and change management activities. Previously, Cedric held the position of PMO Senior at Croix-Rouge de Belgique, where responsibilities included managing strategic programs, risk management, and coaching project managers. As the Director of Organisation Strategy at GOPA Com., Cedric was involved in strategic development, structured change management, and digital transformation initiatives. Experience as an Organizational Development Consultant at Curandero encompassed business transformation and executive coaching. Additionally, Cedric has held leadership roles in digital consultancy and project management with ZN, Dentsu, and IBM Global Services.
