Ana Malheiro is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the European Commission and the European Parliament. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Unit and Case Handler Officer at the Digital Markets Act Task Force, Ana has also held positions as Administrator in the IMCO Secretariat and Manager of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the European Rail Infrastructure Managers. Ana's background in competition law is further enhanced by previous roles as a Case-Handler in both the DG Competition and the European Commission. Ana holds an LL.M. in Competition Energy Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Law Degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
