Eloisa Vargiu

Eloisa Vargiu is an accomplished professional with a robust background in water technology and research management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Horizon Europe project IDEATION and a Water 4.0 researcher at Cetaqua, Eloisa also leads the Digital Water Systems Management Expert Group at Water Europe. With experience as a remote evaluator for the European Commission's Horizon Europe Pathfinder and as an expert evaluator for H2020 EIC Accelerator proposals, Eloisa has made significant contributions to EU research and innovation projects. Former roles include managing the Integrated Continuous Care research line at EURECAT and leading research initiatives at the Barcelona Digital Technology Centre. Eloisa holds a Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Cagliari and has received associate professor accreditations in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science.
