Ionuț Aionițoaei

Ionuț Aionițoaei is a seasoned data manager and project manager, currently engaged with the European Commission since June 2017, focusing on enhancing data insights within European education systems and advancing data analytics capabilities in human resource management. As the Chief Information Officer at Smart Everything Everywhere since May 2017, Ionuț has been instrumental in leveraging data and artificial intelligence. With previous experience as a fellow at GovIT Hub and as an external IS consultant for various European institutions, including the Directorate General for Communication, Ionuț has developed a strong background in information systems and project management. Academic qualifications include an Executive Master in IT Management from Solvay Brussels School, a certified lead auditor in ISO 27001, a master's degree in project management, and a bachelor's degree in computer science.
