Laura Fernández Cavia

Laura Fernández Cavia is a co-founder of Deleite Wear, a sustainable fashion start-up focused on providing circular uniforms for hotels and HORECA companies using textile waste. As a co-founder and content creator for MALEMBE NGO, Laura develops branding and marketing strategies, manages partnerships, and organizes events. In her role as a European Climate Pact Ambassador for the European Commission, Laura advocates for climate initiatives. Previously, Laura served as a product designer at Parfois, where contributions led to the creation of a best-selling product generating $4M MRR and the launch of multiple collections. With experience in sustainable fashion production at Ecologic Republic bv and an impressive internship at Iris van Herpen, Laura's background is rooted in both innovation and sustainability. Laura holds a Master of Engineering in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and a BA (Hons) in Product Design and Innovation from the London College of Fashion, among other educational achievements. Currently, Laura is pursuing full-stack web development at Le Wagon.
