Ratna Nataliani is a Manager of Sustainability at Hapag-Lloyd AG since November 2022, focusing on fleet decarbonization and sustainable organizational practices through biofuels. Ratna is also a member of the European Sustainable Shipping Forum, contributing to fuel certification efforts, and serves as a secondee at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, specializing in regulatory affairs for sustainable marine fuels. Ratna's early career involved positions in project management and engineering, including work on sustainability strategies, energy efficiency, and CO2 emissions monitoring in the maritime sector. Ratna holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Energy Management from the University of Twente and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, along with additional business training at Harvard Business School and the Higher School of Economics.
