Rickard Bucksch

Rickard Bucksch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and innovation management. Since 2020, Rickard has served as a Policy Officer at the European Commission within the DG Research and Innovation. Concurrently, Rickard has held multiple roles at Linnaeus University, including Analyst at the Executive Office and Head of External Relations since 2014. Rickard has also contributed as a Board Member at Kalmarsund Promotion, Linnaeus University Development AB, Företagsfabriken i Kronoberg AB, and Kalmar Science Park from 2014 to 2020. Prior experience includes business coaching at ACC1Ó, Associate Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Barcelona, and heading international projects and business development at CST Fundació Joan Costa i Roma. Rickard's educational background includes an MBA from IESE Business School, an exchange MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, with an exchange term at Technische Universität Darmstadt.
