Holger Bang

Holger Bang currently serves as Vice President and Head of Investor & Client Management at European Energy since May 2025. Prior to this role, Holger was the Chief Investment Officer at Nordic Solar from December 2017 to April 2025, contributing to solar PV and battery energy storage projects. Holger also held a board position at Dansk Solkraft between January 2021 and March 2022. Previously, Holger was with European Energy A/S from September 2008 to November 2017, where responsibilities included project financing and corporate communication as Chief Investment Officer, as well as Director of M&A and Country Manager for Germany. Earlier career experiences include project management roles at TDC Mobile Nordic, focusing on network and product strategies. Holger’s educational background encompasses a Master of Science in International Business from CEMS and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with other qualifications in intercultural management.
