Ilgiz Murzakhanov

Ilgiz Murzakhanov is currently a Grid Integration Analyst at European Energy A/S, specializing in grid code-compliant design and simulation modeling for grid connection agreements. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on physics-informed neural networks and their verification. With a background in machine learning and optimization in power systems, Ilgiz has contributed to various research positions, including an external consultancy at Ørsted and a visiting scholar stint at Virginia Tech. Ilgiz holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DTU and has a master’s degree in Energy Science and Technology from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
