Carmen Rodríguez is an experienced researcher currently working at the European Forest Institute since July 2016, focusing on project management within the WILDCARD project and conducting surveys on social innovation. Carmen's career includes positions as a Marie Curie Scholar, Junior Researcher in projects such as SPONFOREST and STARTREE, and visiting researcher roles at the Hellenic Agricultural Organization and AdP - Águas de Portugal. With a foundation in social innovation governance from involvement in the H2020 SIMRA project, Carmen has contributed significantly to various forestry policy analyses and ecosystem service studies. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Geography from KU Leuven and a Master’s in Forestry from the University of Göttingen.
