European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ)
Jesse Laurie is a dedicated professional with a background in project management, knowledge management, and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as a Policy Intern at the European Forum for Restorative Justice since June 2025, Jesse previously worked as a Knowledge Management Consultant at Scriptoria Sustainable Development Solutions from September 2023 to March 2025, where co-lead efforts in innovative project management strategies and developed tools for multi-country programmes. In addition, Jesse has experience as a Data and Software Analyst within the same organization, focusing on software development and risk management systems. Prior volunteer work at Prisoners of Conscience from April 2022 to August 2023 included supporting ethical banking initiatives and engaging university students to boost volunteerism and fundraising. Jesse holds an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam, a certificate in Humanitarianism and International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a BSc in International Management from SOAS University of London, and a diploma in Contemporary Music Performance and Business from East Sussex College Group.
