Francesca Vinchi

Francesca Vinchi is currently the Head of the Iron Research Laboratory at the New York Blood Center. Before that, Francesca held positions as a Scientific Editor at the European Hematology Association and an Associate Editor at Frontiers. Francesca has a strong background in research, having worked as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Heidelberg and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Università degli Studi di Torino. Francesca holds a PhD from the Molecular Biotechnology Center and has a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology. Francesca also completed a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and attended Scientific High School in Turin, Italy.
