Mehdi Lourhzal

Mehdi Lourhzal is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and technical direction. Currently serving as Directeur technique at European Homes since April 2022, Mehdi previously held the position of Maitre d'oeuvre d'exécution at COEG - Coordination Etudes Générales from April 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Chef de projet at SIMAP BATIMENT and Conducteur de travaux TCE at Floriot Habitat, where responsibilities encompassed project supervision, financial management, and stakeholder engagement across various construction projects. Mehdi holds a Master 2 in Ingénierie de construction and a Licence in the same field from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, complemented by early education culminating in a Baccalauréat scientifique from Lycée Lyautey in Morocco.
