Florina Pop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital innovation and legal compliance, currently serving as Teamleader Digital Innovation at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) since February 2021, where Florina develops strategies aligned with the EU's digital agenda and fosters partnerships to enhance public administration training. Previously, Florina held roles at Advantech as Legal and Compliance Teamleader, where strategic roadmaps were crafted to align legal processes with business objectives, and also served as Data Protection Officer, leading initiatives to ensure GDPR compliance. Earlier experience includes positions at the European Commission's Humanitarian Aid Office (ECHO), law firms, and editorial roles, with a strong academic background in European Law and Business Law from prestigious universities, complemented by a recent focus on fashion at the Amsterdam Fashion Academy.
