Angela Mancinelli serves as the Head of Unit for Infrastructure and Public Sector at the European Investment Bank since June 2005, where responsibilities include originating, analyzing, and negotiating loans for infrastructure projects in Italy, particularly in the energy sector. Prior to this role, Mancinelli worked as a Senior Loan Officer focusing on Infrastructure and Local Authorities, and as a Loan Officer in Industry & Banking at the Ministero degli Affari Esteri, contributing to high-level discussions on economic cooperation and international business transactions. Mancinelli's early career included a position as a Credit Analyst at Banca Antonveneta, supporting funding activities and credit reviews.
