Stephen O'Driscoll

Stephen O'Driscoll is currently the Head of Environment, Climate and Social Policy at the European Investment Bank, a position held since December 2008, where responsibility includes defining policies and standards related to environmental and social issues while facilitating the Bank's transition to a Climate Bank. Previous roles at the European Investment Bank include Head of Division for Aviation, Maritime and Innovative Transport, overseeing technical due diligence, and Technical Adviser for Aviation projects. Prior to the European Investment Bank, Stephen O'Driscoll managed the Airport Planning Group at Arup, served as Senior Project Manager for airport projects at Halcrow, and worked as an Airport Planner and Project Manager at Airport Planning Pty Ltd. The early career includes a role as a Civil Engineer at BAA, specializing in pavement engineering. Stephen O'Driscoll holds a B Eng in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
