Katerina Kapsani

Katerina Kapsani is an experienced communication professional with a diverse background in internal communications, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Head of the Internal Communication Unit at the European Investment Fund since September 2020, Katerina leads a team responsible for deploying and managing internal communication strategies and channels, organizing staff engagement activities, and supervising the internal communication budget. Prior roles include Head of Group Internal Communications and Online Platforms at RTL Group, where Katerina managed corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and media relations, as well as positions at the Australian Embassy in Athens and the Hellenic Culture Organisation. Katerina holds an Executive Master in Marketing & Sales from SDA Bocconi and multiple degrees in translation and European civilization from respected institutions in France and Greece.
