Prof. Dr. Mile Vasic's work experience includes serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the European Marketing and Management Association, where they managed resources, established operational objectives, and cultivated relationships with various institutions. Prof. Dr. Mile also worked as an Assistant Director at the Institute for Statistics, formulating work programs and priorities, leading research work, and representing the sector in international meetings. Additionally, they have held roles as a Management Consultant, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Romania, Rector, Dean, and Associate Professor at various academic institutions. Prof. Dr. Mile also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Learning and Development Consultant at the Pan European Center for Professional Development, where they positioned the company as a market leader and developed employee capabilities for client companies. Furthermore, they have experience as a Vice-Rector, Dean, and Associate Professor at Slobomir P University and PIM University. Prior to their academic and management roles, they worked as Deputy Manager and HR Manager at Motel "Jelen" and served as an Interpreter and Administrative Officer at the United Nations.
Prof. Dr. Mile Vasic completed a Master's Degree in Economics with a major in Human Resources Management at the Faculty for Business Studies from 2001 to 2004. Prof. Dr. Mile then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics with a major in Human Resources Management at the same institution from 2004 to 2006.
