Dan-Marius Dragus

Dan-Marius Dragus has a diverse work experience background. Dan-Marius started their career in 2007 as an IT Sales & Service Manager at Xtel Mobile Zone, where they provided IT support, resolved client concerns, and sold IT products and services. In 2015, they joined EXIGRA AV as an Audio Visual Technician/Events role, where they handled the day-to-day operation of AV equipment and managed technical aspects of events. Since 2017, they have been working at the European Medicines Agency as a Team Lead Audio Visual Services, supporting the technical maintenance and troubleshooting activities for digital collaboration tools and audio-visual equipment.

Dan-Marius Dragus attended the University Stefan cel Mare from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a National Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In addition to their degree, they also have several certifications, including an ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (expected in 2023), Communication Tips (obtained in 2021), Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers (obtained in 2021), Writing Customer Service Emails (obtained in 2021), and Crestron Systems Technician (obtained in 2018).
