Aleksandra Semeriak is an experienced professional with a strong focus on statelessness, refugee integration, and international protection. Currently serving as Vice Chair and Individual Associate Member of the European Network on Statelessness since 2015, Aleksandra has been actively involved in various campaigns and projects, including Spain's first Statelessness Index and the “Stateless Kids” initiative. As a Trustee and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Asociación para las Naciones Unidas en España, Aleksandra also contributes to the Apatride Network and manages the COMET Project at Fons Català de Cooperació al Desenvolupament. In academia, Aleksandra is an Associate University Lecturer at Esade, teaching Model United Nations and diplomatic skills. Previous roles include Program Coordinator for the State Reception Program and Project Officer at Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Immigration Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political and Administration Sciences and Social Sciences.
