Florian Weyand

Florian Weyand currently serves as a Wissenschaftlicher Referent and previously held the position of Büroleiter at the European Parliament under Sabine Verheyen MdEP since August 2022. Prior to this, Florian gained valuable experience as a Studentische Hilfskraft at EUROPE DIRECT Aachen and the Deutscher Bundestag, where roles involved assisting members of parliament. Additionally, Florian worked as a Projektmanager for political youth participation at StädteRegion Aachen and Stadt Eschweiler. Florian's early career included a year in a voluntary social program focused on political involvement. Florian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gesellschaftswissenschaften from RWTH Aachen University.
