Joel Hirv has extensive experience in legislative and campaign management, currently serving as a Parliamentary File Manager at the European Parliament since September 2015. Previously, Joel held the position of Campaign Coordinator at the International Campaign for Tibet from February 2014 to March 2015 and served as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament on two occasions, from January 2010 to July 2013 and March 2007 to September 2009. Additionally, Joel worked as an Advisor at the Tartu City Council between November 2005 and March 2007. Educationally, Joel obtained an Executive Master's in International Politics from CERIS - Centre Européen de Recherches Internationales et Stratégiques (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Tartu (2004-2007).
