Catalin Borcoman

Catalin Borcoman has extensive experience in the field of prosecution, currently serving as a Prosecutor at the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) since July 2020. Prior to this role, Borcoman was a Prosecutor at DIICOT from April 2006 to July 2020, where responsibilities included investigations, international cooperation, case prosecution, and the coordination of investigations. Additionally, Borcoman worked as a Prosecutor at the Prosecution Office in Brasov from April 1997 to March 2006, focusing on investigations. Academically, Borcoman holds a licenta in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Universitatea Bucuresti (1992-1996) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in criminal sciences and criminalistics from Facultatea de Drept (1997-1998).
