Norbert Hubin

Norbert Hubin, currently employed at European Southern Observatory since April 1990, holds the title of Technology Development Programme Manager and Paranal Instrumentation Programme Engineer. Prior to joining ESO, Norbert worked at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab from February 1985 to April 1990 as a Research and Development Engineer. Norbert graduated with an Engineer's degree in Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 1985.
