Liv Haettich

Liv Haettich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and tourism. Currently serving as a Client Care Senior Specialist at the European Sperm Bank since October 2020, Liv excels in providing comprehensive client service and counseling to future patients across various markets, including Germany. Prior to this, Liv worked as a Tour Guide at BDP Event, Cruise & Learning Expeditions, where responsibilities included planning and executing shore excursions and guiding private tours in Copenhagen. Liv also held a position as a Tour Guide at Segway Cruise Copenhagen, managing safety aspects during segway tours. Early experience includes volunteering as a tutor with AFEV, mentoring young students from underprivileged backgrounds. Liv's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Multilingualism from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Arts in Nordic Studies from Université Paris-Sorbonne, along with prior education at Aalborg University and Deutsch-Französisches Gymnasium Saarbrücken.
